Kennt í Kramhúsinu á sunnudögum kl. 13:00–14:30
Meginmarkmið kennslu á miðstigi 3 er að auka gæði dansins og færni í social dansi, og öðlast meira öryggi í því sem þið hafið lært. Við förum dýpra í grunninn og koregrafisk element, s.s. boleo, sacada, barrida, gancho og fleira. Við leggjum aukna áherslu á tónlistartúlkun, samdans svo og tækni. Vals og/eða milonga er á dagskránni á hverju tímabili.

Kennt í Kramhúsinu á sunnudögum kl. 14:40–16:10.
Markmið kennslu á miðstigi er að efla öryggi í því sem nemendur hafa þegar lært og halda áfram að byggja upp skrefabankann. Kynnt verða ný þemu á borð við barrida, gancho og sacada, og lögð áhersla á flæði og tengingu nýrra spora við fyrri þekkingu. Vals og/eða milonga eru á dagskrá á hverju tímabili.

Intermediate 3 suits those who have danced for 2 years or more.
Spring season: May 3rd – June 7th
Taught in Kramhusid on Sundays at 13.00-14.30
The main goal of teaching at intermediate level 3 is to increase the quality of the dance and skills in social dance, where the traditions, ideas and history of tango are also on the agenda. We dig deeper into basics and choreographic elements, e.g. sacada, barrida, gancho and boleo. We place greater emphasis on musical interpretation and co-creation as well as technique. Vals and/or milonga are on the program every season.

May – June 2026 – Sundays
Intermediate 1 suits those who have completed three beginner levels.
Spring season: May 3rd – June 7th
Taught in Kramhúsið on Sundays from 14:40–16:10.
The main goal of the intermediate level is to build confidence in what students have already learned while continuing to expand their repertoire. New themes will be introduced, such as barrida, gancho, and sacada, with an emphasis on flow and connecting new material with prior knowledge. Vals and/or milonga are included in each term.
