Bryndis Halldorsdottir<\/b><\/h4>

I was born and raised in Reykjav\u00edk. For over 30 years, I have taught Argentine tango along with my dance partner, Hany. We were the first professional Argentine tango teachers in Iceland and played a major role in building the Icelandic tango scene.<\/p>

I lived in Denmark for 12 years, where I worked exclusively with Argentine tango at M2Tango Studio Copenhagen, while also traveling to other countries to teach and perform.<\/p>

I have a background in classical ballet and modern dance. Dance has always been a big part of my life and I have danced for as long as I can remember.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Hany Hadaya<\/span><\/h4>

I was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, but as an adult I have lived in the Netherlands, Iceland, and Denmark.<\/p>

For more than 30 years, I have danced and taught alongside my dance and life partner, Brynd\u00eds Halld\u00f3rsd\u00f3ttur, and I have no reason at all to stop.<\/p>

Tango is an important part of my life and I constantly strive to develop further as a dancer and teacher. Standing in front of a group gives me a lot of energy, and that’s where both my teaching skills and my sense of fun get to shine. I always try to spice up the classes with a bit of laughter and fun stories because it lightens the mood \u2013 tango can sometimes be a bit demanding. <\/p>

Besides tango, I have practiced classical ballet in the Netherlands and danced as a professional dancer in Iceland. I am also a trained graphic designer and have run my own design studio since 2004. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Bryndis and Hany<\/b><\/h4>

We learned Argentine tango from some of the world’s most respected tango teachers, including Gustavo Naveira and Giselle Anne, Chicho Fr\u00famboli, Rub\u00e9n and Sabrina Veliz, Sebasti\u00e1n Ach\u00e1val and Roxana Su\u00e1rez, along with many others. Their guidance provided us with a solid foundation on which we have built our own style. <\/p>

We love teaching tango and sharing our knowledge and experience with our students. It gives us great pleasure to watch their progress and see how their joy of dancing increases. For us, it is important that both dance partners take an active part and enjoy their role to the fullest. <\/p>

Our goal as teachers is to help our students improve the quality of their dance by diving deeper into the details, providing clear instructions, and presenting the material in an organized and accessible way. Personal feedback and a positive learning environment are the cornerstones of our teaching, whether in group classes or private lessons. In every class, we strive to give each couple the attention they need to make progress. <\/p>

As professional dancers, we place great emphasis on continuous training, further education, and performing. It provides us with inspiration and motivation to continue to develop as dancers and teachers and to pass on the best of what we learn to our students.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
